Blackmores Bio Magnesium consists of minerals such as magnesium, calcium, manganese, and vitamins B6 & D3. Vitamin D3 helps increase the absorption balance of calcium.

For magnesium deficiency

For adjunctive prevention with calcium for osteoporosis and alleviation of muscle cramps in pregnant women who have the low magnesium in blood level.

Dosage

Adult – Take 1-2 tablets daily with food or as professionally prescribed
Children (6-12 years) – Take 1 tablet daily with food or as professionally prescribed

Active ingredients

Each tablet contains

Magnesium: 300mg (from magnesium oxide-heavy 440 mg and magnesium phosphate 175 mg)

Calcium ascorbate: 250mg

Vitamin B6: 50mg (pyridoxine hydrochloride)

Vitamin D3: 100 IU

Manganese: 4mg (from manganese amino acid chelate 40 mg)
